PARENTS OF RETURNING STUDENTS:
Before You Enroll...
Marsha Woody Academy of Dance is pleased to now offer online services to our students and parents. This platform allows us to let parents easily register and pay for classes online, as well as giving them an avenue to keep track of important announcements at the studio and easily update the information we keep on-file.
If you’re already registered in our online system and would like to enroll your student in classes for our 2020-2021 session, you need to first use our Parent Portal to indicate what subject your student would like to take classes in. Once you do so, we will evaluate your student’s age, previous dance training and skill level to place them in the specific classes they need to be in.
When enrolling an existing MWAD student please follow the 4 easy steps below, and let us know if you have any questions:
Make sure you have access to the Parent Portal:
In order to enroll your student in classes through the portal, you must first register online. Click here to register if you haven’t already done so. Once you have, you can access the portal.
Access the Parent Portal to find classes:
You can now login to the Parent Portal by clicking here. Once you do so, please note any important announcement from us, and update any contact information if the system asks you to. Then, click the green “Find Classes” button to get started.
Please choose your student’s subject(s) to enroll: (IMPORTANT)
When you are selecting a subject from the Parent Portal’s enrollment area, you are not picking a specific class time (we will do that for you after this step). You’re simply selecting the subject(s) that your student will want to take. See the screenshot to the right; just use the highlighted information to make a choice, and ignore the columns pertaining to time, day, etc.
Marsha Woody will finalize enrollment:
After you pick a subject(s) in the previous step, Marsha Woody Academy will be notified, and we’ll make final determinations as far as what specific class to place your child in, contacting you as needed to coordinate any details. Once we do this, your student’s schedule will be emailed to you. If you have any questions please contact us!
