New Students: Before You Enroll

Marsha Woody is pleased to provide online registration, announcements, and bill paying options for our students. To get started, simply visit our online registration page and sign up! When you are filling out your student’s details, please be sure to answer the questions under the heading “Additional Info” as completely as possible, as we will use that information to enroll your student into the appropriate classes.

Please note that a valid credit card is required for online registration. Monthly tuition is automatically billed to the card on file on the 15th of every month that your student is actively enrolled in classes. If you prefer to pay by cash or other means, please call the office to make arrangements and submit payment prior to the 15th of any given month.

As soon as you have access to the portal, we ask that you provide a valid credit card on file for automatic tuition billing. After logging in, you can do so by going to Account > Saved Payment Methods, and clicking the big green “plus” icon to add your card. If you have any trouble locating this or have any additional questions, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Important Information for Existing Students:

If your student has previously enrolled in classes at Marsha Woody, then we have set up an account in our Parent Portal for you. In order to access the account, you’ll need to reset your password. To do so, simply go to the Parent Portal, click “Reset Password,” and enter the email address that you have previously provided Marsha Woody. You’ll be emailed a link to set your password, and from there you can access the Portal!
